THE POWER OF LOVE
In the course of our outreach, some events made us smile and cry at the same time. Moments you
just wonder what would have happened if you were not there at that exact time, at our IGBOGENE
CAMP- A child fell from the stairs and was wounded. Immediately everyone rushed to pick up the
child and straight to our medical team. You can imagine the power of love. hundreds of people
rushing to help a wounded child. Even those in the queues left to save the child.
We were impressed with the leadership of the camp as they Immediately sealed off the death trap
stair case. Moments later, The child was certified ok.
WE ALSO saw to the delivery of the “flood babies” and as at today, both mothers and children are
ok. We were so happy the Vice President and the Governor also came to see them.
